Week 8 Results and Photo Gallery

Last night's match-ups saw some exciting last-minute scrambles to decide the final outcome of the games. By far the most exciting anticipated ending was the game between Chinique and Pasabien. With Pasabien looking for its first victory of the season, they played outstanding defense throughout the game to reach a tied game with just 1 minute and 19 seconds in regulation. The fans were looking forward to a huge upset and celebration, but Chinique pulled through on the last few seconds of the game to claim a much needed victory.
Las Americas was matched with All Stars, the team with the second best record. Las Americas played outstansing basketball to register its second win of the season.
Naciones Unidas and Mexico played a characteristically physical style game of basketball. Naciones Unidas won the game by a four-point margin to remain undefeated. Below are the team standings after 8 weeks of play.
Naciones Unidas - 8 wins
All Stars - 6 wins
Mexico - 5 wins
Chinique - 3 wins
Las Americas - 2 wins
Pasabien - 0 wins
